Theresa C. Phillips is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She is an alumnae of St. Mary’s Dominican High School and attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she obtained a B.S. in Business Administration. While attending ULL, Ms. Phillips was an active member of Phi Mu Sorority and National Panhellenic Council, in which she served in several leadership roles. Ms. Phillips received her J.D. from Southern University Law Center, graduating cum laude with honors in 2015. Her practice areas are: family law, adoptions, estate planning, business and commercial law, personal injury and employment law (specializing in workman’s compensation cases).
